The company agrees subject to the exceptions , limitations and conditions to make good and reimburse to the employer after final court decision all such direct pecuniary loss not exceeding the amount of guarantee as the employer shall sustain by any act of dishonesty committed by any employee listed in the policy schedule (a) during the currency of this insurance and (b) during the uninterrupted continuance of the employment of such employee and (c) in connection with his occupation and duties and discovered during the currency of this insurance or within six months thereafter or within three months after the termination of such employment whichever period shall first expire .
